The Hypocrisy of American Politics & Politicians Again Rears It Ugly Head

"The Hypocrisy of American Politics & Politicians Again Rears It Ugly Head As The U.S. Threatens Gadhafi ~ Surprise! Gee, It's All About Oil Again!"

By Vulgivagus Poeta

You ever notice how it is in America, that the hypocrites in Washington D.C. (supposedly representing the citizens of the United States of America), are able to turn a blind eye to the mass genocide occurring in countries where natural resources (such as oil) are few or lacking, such as the case remains in such remote places as Darfur, Somalia, Rhwanda, and the like?

Other than issuing mild protests against such atrocities, the President of the United States and U.S. Congress do absolutely nothing to stem the tide of these ongoing human atrocities, modern holocaust that continue to occur right before us, in plain sight?!

Yet, let an uprising in an oil rich nation such as Libya (currently) or Kuwait (in the not too distant past) or even in Iraq (where multiple thousands of U.S. forces remain yet entrenched, solely in order to prevent these uprisings from stemming the flow of Oil from these nations to America or her allies in the EU and elsewhere and ["It's Whammo time!" - remember that toy companies campaign?], suddenly the unofficial American (as well as E.U.) plutocrats are up in arms!

Whoa, this open reversal of grandstanded bystander policy solely for the benefit of such a few really and genuinely sucks .... big time! What exactly goes here? The subversion of American ethic and demonstrably (over the recent course of events in both Washington and on Wall Street) we witness our very lifestyle itself in danger of faltering under the sway and swagger of these few individuals who have neither our welfare, nor the welfare of the American people (nor the peoples of these other nations) at heart. It is for the most part a selfish, God-less, heathen who have taken over the rule of our own nation and we (the people) are both guilty and responsible for allowing it to occur.

Notice: Now that it is an oil rich nation in the equation, suddenly nearly everyone (up to and including his grandmother's mother) in U.S. politics are all for calling air strikes upon and/or the destruction of the Libyan air force, with the additional implementation of no fly zones (or worse) to defend the peoples of these beset countries?

What a total load of crap, a public demonstration of nothing more substantial than bull-spit (putting it politely).

Should I say it (confront our malefactors in their hand tooled chairs and spit-shined shoes of genuine leather, who hide behind their facade of politic double-speak, "For the people! For Democracy!" We know you really mean, "For my own wealth and for the prosperity of my own kind (the doubly rich and undisclosed yet undeniable plutocracy residing within America)? I believe I did that (said it) just now!

I tell you plainly (hereby and herewith), If it occurs (yet again), it will (once more) not be for the purpose of protecting the indigenous peoples of the nation (or nations) involved! No, it is only (and specifically) to prevent the despot there from destroying the infrastructure of the oil production capability and/or capacity of that country, (period; end of discussion -- for any practical purpose)

That is the intensely sad but horribly ugly truth of the matter!

I reiterate, despite the flames of open deceit issuing from the mouths of these hypocrite to Justice and the American way, they do not say or do anything in reality for humanitarian purposes (though clearly these are sometimes the beneficial side product produced by the lies from the forked tongues of the purveyors of destruction (the Presidents staff, his advisers, and just as oftentimes we'll hear the exact same rhetoric being spouted from the drooling, frothing mouths of members of the U.S. House of Representatives. Time and time again we have witnessed it in the past just as we witness it today. Those whore-mongers of war in Senators clothing attempting (again and again) to pull the proverbial wool over our eyes and convince the American people, "This time it really is not over the oil. We will be attempting solely to defend these peoples."

Bald faced liars, all!

These same disenfranchised peoples (in Libya and elsewhere, all over the Mid-East) have been completely at the whim and whimsy of their respective despots now for (some of them -- literally) decades on end and several for centuries, and yet it is only now (with the very real threat of an oil stoppage occurring) that the oil dependent nations are even willing to consider doing anything about changing the standardized rules for engagement; only once their own personal wealth and security become threatened are they finally willing to step up to the plate and say, "Maybe we really ought do something to help free these people."

Conspirators against real and open democracy and/or Freedom (either here or abroad) is what our own elected despots are become! Who among us continues not to see the truth of the matter. Is the scripture really so true even today that "the blind continue to lead the blind?"

Again (I will repeat myself), in resource poor countries, nations where the real human toll continues to mount as the body counts continues to rise, day after day, month after month, year in and year out, from the end of one millennium well into the next; decade after bloody decade (it's sadly becoming common knowledge), nothing has been or ever will be done about it until those who are creating the carnage within these affected areas have had their fill.

They have no oil, so why should these rich and (supposedly civilized) oil dependent nations do anything to stem the tide of human suffering and destruction? They haven't and they won't, not before, not unless and most specifically not until some valuable resource is discovered indicating a strong enough desire for procurement comes from an outside nation.

Meanwhile, it is strictly over oil reserves and giant piles of currency flowing unto the pockets and bank accounts of corrupt oil company executives and U.S. politicians that the the blood and guts of our sons and daughters continue to stain the soil of the oil rich nations in the Mid-East and the former Persia!
