After facing criticism over alleged corruption in an aborted housing project of Kuri Model Village in Zone-IV, the city managers on Tuesday announced another small but posh residential scheme in the same area. If the scheme is launched by the Capital Development Authority (CDA), it will be the authority’s first housing project in more than two decades. Sector D-12 and E-12 were launched in 1989.
